PROCEDURES:
1. Signing the MOU and visit our coal mine to check quality and legality as we haved.
2. After that, investor must pay the DOWN PAYMENT before the geology team start their activities.
3. After investor get the survey result, the contract must be signing, and investor will pay the total of take over price.
4. The royalty fee must pay in up front every 50.000 mt before start the production.
